About From → To
The world isn’t just changing. The rules are changing. The frameworks organizations built strategies around — about transparency, alliances, migration, money, energy, technology — are being replaced, abandoned, or gamed faster than most institutions can track.
From → To is the companion publication to the 10F Consortium’s open-access forecast collection, From One Game to Many Games: 10 Forecasts for the Next Decade (2025–2035). Each issue applies a forecast to current developments, surfaces signals the forecasts anticipated, and helps readers think about what the shifts actually require from their organizations.
The 10F Consortium is a network of roughly 20 foresight practitioners and strategic analysts across 15+ countries. We don’t have institutional affiliations to protect. We’re not writing from inside any government, fund, or advocacy organization. That independence is the point.
The forecasts — and this newsletter — are free. Everything is CC-licensed and open-access. We’re not trying to sell you a subscription tier. We’re trying to make sure people doing real work in difficult conditions have access to honest structural analysis.
Who reads this
Strategy and foresight leads in NGOs, multilateral organizations, foundations, and government agencies trying to operate as the environment around them shifts. People who need to understand what’s actually happening — not commentary on the news cycle, not trend lists — and are willing to sit with complexity.
What you get
Each issue either takes one forecast and applies it to the present—what’s confirmed, what’s accelerating, what’s still contested, and what it means for how you operate—or explores the tools and ideas we built for 10F and how they are being used. We publish on a rolling schedule as forecasts move from the archive into active relevance.
We also produce a podcast series, One to One, featuring consortium members examining the forecasts from their own professional vantage points.
The full forecast collection is available at 10fconsortium.org.
