The forecasts are structural. They describe shifts at the level of systems — how transparency becomes opacity, how alliances become situationships, how energy hegemony fractures into something more plural and contested.
What they don’t capture is how practitioners actually think inside those shifts. The reasoning, the hesitations, the places where the analysis holds and where it doesn’t. Their wider view on the world.
That’s what 10F One to One is for.
Each episode pairs two contributors to the 10F forecasts. Same questions, no host, no moderation. Thirty to forty-five minutes of unscripted conversation between people who have been working these problems from different angles — different sectors, different geographies, different levels of proximity to power.
The first episode is here. Tell us what you think.
Episode 1 guests: Karen Burns, CEO of Fyma, and Prof. Ariella Helfgott — Director of the SA Futures Agency and Professor of Foresight at the University of Adelaide — cover energy systems, climate adaptation, AI infrastructure, and what clear thinking actually requires when the underlying rules are in motion.
